# Lytom

> Lytom has two tools. Lytom Assess is risk assessment software for independent H&S consultants. Lytom Comply is safety management software for businesses. The two products share the same records when both are in use, with less repeated work and audit-ready records on both sides. That connection is called Lytom Linked.

## How the two products relate

- Lytom Assess is the consultant app. Consultants use it on site or at the desk to run risk assessments and issue branded PDF reports.
- Lytom Comply is the client portal. Businesses log in to manage day-to-day compliance: PPM, fire doors, incidents, permits, water logs and more.
- Assessments and actions raised in Lytom Assess appear automatically in the client's Lytom Comply portal. Documents the client uploads to Lytom Comply are visible to the consultant on the next visit.
- Each product works on its own. The integration activates when both are in use for the same client.

## Lytom Assess

- Platforms: iOS app on the App Store and web app in any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Same account across devices.
- Pricing: from £59 per month per consultant. 14-day free trial. Card required. No charge until day 15. Cancel any time.
- Assessment types built in: general H&S, fire, COSHH, asbestos management, working at height, water and legionella, environmental, safety audits, plus custom types.
- Reports: every report is a branded PDF using the consultancy's logo, primary colour and cover design.
- Client portal: every client site gets its own portal area inside Lytom Comply with reports, outstanding actions, documents and contacts. Clients log in free; only consultants pay for seats.
- AI features: AI QA check on every report, AI-generated in-depth assessment templates, AI-written executive summaries, AI-suggested corrective actions, AI rewording on any field. Final professional judgement always sits with the consultant.
- What we deliberately do NOT do with AI: hazard detection from site photos. Identifying hazards on a real site needs professional judgement, not an algorithm.

## Lytom Comply

- Platform: web app. Runs in any modern browser on any device. No app download required.
- Access today: by consultant invite via Lytom Assess. Self-serve direct sign-up is coming. Contact support@lytom.app to register interest.
- Pricing: TBD. Pricing will be published when self-serve sign-up launches.
- Built-in modules: multi-site compliance dashboard with an overall score, planned preventive maintenance (PPM) scheduling, fire door inspections, fire log, incident reporting, water and legionella logs, contractor monitoring visits, permits to work, document management with review-date alerts, action tracking.
- Self-service modules: custom registers for any equipment or facility (PPE, first-aid kits, spill kits, ladders, lifting equipment) with their own fields, frequency and inspections; custom in-house inspections per register; in-house risk assessments generated with AI using a 5x5 risk matrix; reusable risk assessment templates per company.
- Round-based PPM: there is one PPM row per custom register definition per site. A register's PPM row only closes when every item in the register has been checked since the round began. That keeps the PPM schedule readable on sites with hundreds of items in a single register.
- Inspection actions: when an in-house inspection check fails, an action is raised in the action list automatically.
