## What it does

- Assessments on site: general health and safety, fire, COSHH, asbestos, water and legionella, working at height, environmental and safety audits, plus building safety case reports for higher risk buildings. Custom assessment types can be added.
- Templates: built in templates edited per client. Existing Word templates imported with their structure kept. New templates can be drafted with AI and edited before use.
- Branded reports: logo, colour and cover design set once. Every PDF issued by the consultancy carries the same presentation.
- Repeat visits: the previous assessment for a site is loaded and continued. Saved comments are reused. The record shows what changed.
- Client portal: each client site has an area in Lytom Comply with issued reports, outstanding actions, documents and contacts. Documents the client uploads are visible at the next visit.
- Review before issue: an optional review of the completed report flags inconsistencies, missing controls and gaps. The assessor decides what stays and signs the report.
- Teams: individual logins with role based access. Branding, templates and clients are shared across the consultancy.
- iOS and web: the iOS app is used on site. The web app is used at the desk. One account on every device.

## How it relates to Lytom Comply

Lytom Assess is used by the consultant. Lytom Comply is used by the client. When a report is issued in Lytom Assess it appears in the client's Lytom Comply portal with its actions. Each product also works on its own.
