## What it does

- Dashboard and reporting: an overall score for each site and for the whole estate, with open and overdue actions, documents due for review and maintenance due. A portfolio report as one branded PDF.
- Planned maintenance: recurring tasks with week, month and year views.
- Fire safety: fire door inspections, alarm tests, emergency lighting, extinguisher servicing and other statutory fire records.
- Water and legionella: outlet flushing, temperature checks, descaling, tank inspections and competent person visits, with certificates and the water asset register.
- Incidents and permits: accidents, near misses and dangerous occurrences. Hot work, confined space, working at height and other permits.
- Documents and actions: certificates, policies and records against each site with review dates and alerts. Every action has an owner, a due date and a status.
- Registers and inspections: registers for any equipment, each with its own fields and checklist. A failed check raises an action.
- In-house risk assessments: 5 by 5 matrix, built line by line or drafted with AI and edited, with reusable templates.
- Offline: after a site is opened once online, inspections, risk assessments, water logs, fire door checks and register inspections can be completed without a signal. Work uploads when a connection returns.
- Building Safety Act: higher-risk building status, regulator registration, dutyholders, golden thread register, safety case report in numbered versions, mandatory occurrence log.

## How it relates to Lytom Assess

If a consultant uses Lytom Assess, the reports they issue appear in the Lytom Comply portal with their actions. Documents uploaded to Lytom Comply are visible to the consultant at the next visit. Lytom Comply also works without a consultant.
