You can request deletion of your Lytom Assess® account and associated data at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Email support@lytom.app from your registered account email address.
- Use subject line: Account deletion request.
- Include your full name and company name (if applicable).
What Gets Deleted
- User account profile
- Assessment records and site data
- Uploaded photos and files
- Portal data linked to your account
What May Be Retained
- Payment and invoice records required for legal, tax, or accounting obligations
- Minimal audit logs needed for fraud prevention and legal compliance
Deletion Timeline
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days of verification. If additional verification is needed, we will contact you by email.
