From set up to issued report
Templates and branding are set up once. A client and site are added, and the assessment is carried out on a phone, tablet or laptop. When it is complete, the report is reviewed, issued as a branded PDF and published to the client's portal, where open actions and uploaded documents are held in one place.
On the next visit the previous assessment for that site is loaded and continued. Saved comments are reused, repeat inspections take less time, and the record shows what changed between visits.

Are the reports branded?

Yes. An existing Word template is uploaded and its structure of categories, controls and document lines is read and transferred. Everything is reviewed before it is saved.
