Legionella software from Lytom
Legionella work splits into two jobs. A competent person writes the risk assessment and sets the scheme of control. Someone on site runs that scheme every week and month and keeps the records. Lytom has a product for each, and they connect when both are in use.
Which job are you doing?
Writing the risk assessment
Lytom Assess. Survey, system checks, visit temperature log, asset register, action plan, certificate and a branded PDF. iOS app and web, for water hygiene consultants.
Running the scheme of control
Lytom Comply. Outlet flushing, sentinel temperatures, descaling, tank inspections and competent person visits recorded against each site, with certificates and the asset register alongside. Logs can be completed on site without a signal.
When both are in use
The consultant's visit produces the written assessment and the action list. The hotel, care home or office still needs weekly flushing and monthly temperatures logged by staff who were not in the room when the assessor visited. When the consultant uses Lytom Assess and the site team uses Lytom Comply, the report, the certificate and the actions appear in the site's portal and the ongoing records are kept next to them.
