The routine tasks the scheme of control expects
Each entry is dated, can carry photographs and notes, and builds a searchable history for the site. Logs are completed on site in the iOS app or a browser, without a signal if needed, and sync later.
Outlet flush
Which outlet was flushed and for how long. The form reminds you to run outlets unused for seven or more days for at least two minutes, in line with HSG274.
Temperature checks
Hot and cold sentinel readings and hot storage or calorifier temperatures, with the reference thresholds shown on the form and the round marked pass or fail.
Showerhead descale
Quarterly descaling and disinfection recorded by location.
Tank inspection
Cold water storage tank condition, lid, insulation and debris, with photographs.
Competent person visits
Visits by the water hygiene contractor or consultant logged with the work carried out.
Water risk assessment
A site level water risk assessment maintained in the portal for hazards such as legionella in water systems, wet floors or pool chemicals, separate from the consultant's formal assessment.

Water sits alongside fire safety, maintenance, risk assessments and documents on the site dashboard, so a safety manager sees what needs attention without opening several systems.
Works with your water hygiene consultant
If your consultant carries out the legionella risk assessment in Lytom Assess, their report, certificate and actions appear in your Lytom Comply portal. You keep running the scheme of control in Comply while their formal assessment remains the reference document.
